Return unopened items in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Refunds (excluding courier fees) are processed within 3 days of receiving the product.

Submit before-and-after photos within 14 days for review. Refunds are case-specific and exclude return shipping.

Cancellations:
Request cancellations or changes promptly. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for discounted items, misused products, or opened items without photos.

Orders placed on Maria Anna Skincare are shipped via reliable courier partners within South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or accept international billing addresses. Ensure shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid errors or delays. Address changes may incur additional charges.

Delivery Costs:

FREE shipping for orders over R800 (after discounts, excluding taxes).

R99 for orders under R800.

Delivery Times:

5 working days for main cities.

Up to 7 working days for remote areas.
